Dormio Group is a dynamic and innovative organisation with over 20 years of experience in the leisure industry. Ever since its establishment in 2001, Dormio has been developing luxury holiday resorts and hotels at top tourist locations. We have grown into a successful and unique player in the leisure industry.
As a full-service partner, we are responsible for the development, sale, rental, management and operation of resorts, holiday parks and hotels.
Our resorts, holiday parks and hotels in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Spain and Portugal offer both investors and holiday guests a diverse and extensive range of holiday homes and apartments.
Dormio Group consists of 3 business lines:
- development of resorts and hotels
- sale of recreational property
- rental, management and operation of resorts, holiday parks and hotels
On 31 May 2023, Dormio Group acquired this park from Roompot and the park will be offered under the Dormio Resorts & Hotels label. Dormio Group has acquired a total of 30 holiday parks in the Netherlands from Roompot and Landal GreenParks. Currently, the park is in a transition phase where it is gradually being transferred to Dormio Resorts & Hotels. You will continue to enjoy the same facilities, activities and service.
