House Rules

To make your stay and that of the other guests as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules in the Park Regulations. We kindly ask you to comply with these and follow the instructions of the staff during your stay. In case of violation of the Park Regulations and/or not following instructions of the staff, Dormio Villapark Duynzicht has the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the park. In this case you lose the right to a refund of the deposit and/or rent or part thereof.

Nature & Environment

  • Walk only on the paths that have been laid out and do not walk through the (grass) gardens.
  • To protect the environment, we separate waste at our villa park. You can help us. You can hand in your waste at the waste disposal site at our villa park. The waste disposal area is located at the entrance. You can come here for residual waste, plastic waste, old paper and glass.

Safety

Stick to the maximum speed on the villa park.

Making open fires is prohibited.

 

The use of an electric barbecue is allowed, as all accommodation has a thatched roof, other barbecues are not allowed.

Sound equipment

The use of sound equipment, such as music boxes, is allowed in the accommodation. The noise level should not be audible to other guests in the villa park.

Alcohol & narcotics

Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the accommodation. Guests outside the accommodation who are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be immediately removed from the villa park. The use of narcotics and drugs is strictly prohibited.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Dormio Villapark Duynzicht. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and carrying a scoop and/or bag is compulsory.

Visitors

If you receive visitors, they are the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation. Visitors can use the general car park. Visitors staying overnight must be registered at reception. No more persons may stay overnight in the accommodation than the number of persons for whom the accommodation is intended.

Parking

You can park your car for free right next to your holiday home. Each holiday home has one or two private parking spaces. Do you have several cars? There is also a central car park at the entrance to the villa park.

 

The barriers are open from 7am to 11pm. You can open the barriers with the barrier card you received during check-in. If the barriers are closed, you can park your car in the central car park at the entrance to the villa park.

Use of accommodation

  • Treat your accommodation with care.
  • It is not allowed to pitch tents near the accommodation.
  • We would kindly ask you to leave your accommodation broom-clean on departure. Please do not leave dirty dishes, take off your bed linen and fold it, clean the kitchen and fridge, put a rubbish bag in the container and, if present, empty the ash drawer of the fireplace.
